How the Fundraiser Works
The goal is to raise funds for the NJ RAIDERS 2021 Spring softball season for equipment, uniforms, tournaments, facilities etc. A sponsored donation on behalf of BroadZero and the referring player will be made in the amount of $100 for each acquired Medicare Client that stems from the teams network of family, friends, neighbors, etc.
When?
During the 2021 AEP Annual Enrollment Season, from Oct 15 – through Dec 7, 2020.
Who qualifies?
Any Medicare or New to Medicare beneficiary.
How to participate? 4 options
- Have your referral or fundraising participant fill out the form on the bottom of the page.
- Have your referral call in and mention your name! (856) 485-9002
- Mail in a business reply card, with your players number on it. Just see Nick at games or practice for those.

Friends and Family that are on Medicare may need help with;
